Is Endoscopy necessary
For changes of liver parenchymal disease found on usg abdomen with mild splenomegaly and sgpt 52 (70 years old); No jaundice , blood, ascites etc symptoms; Has Left abdominal pain, morning cough, and acidity;   Is endoscopy inevitable to treat liver??  Is there alternative? Are liver related blood test and scans sufficient to diagnose the cause? Please help. Thanks
