Irritation on foreskin
Hi, I have uncircumcised Penis and facing phymosis. I consulted a doctor for the issue and he suggested to apply Lignocaine Hydrochloride gel for couple of weeks to see any improvement. However from day 2 my foreskin has become red and swollen causing a lot of irritation throughout the day. This is impacting the routine to stretch the foreskin.
Please suggest.

Your condition seems to be severe phimosis but a thorough physical examination would make it more clear to what extent your phimosis is.
Next Steps
stop applying lignocaine, won't do you any benefit.you might need a circumcision!!
