My throat is very red and itching a lot ... My nasal passage is also red and very irritating Sometimes there is irritation in eyes and ears. Blocked nose and dry cough.

hello pharyngitis and sinusitis should be ruled out consult ent specialist and physician for further evaluation and treatment.
