Irritation in penis
Since last 3-4 days I felt itching and red rashes on my penis I thought it might be due to warm climate and sweating .
But today in morning when I was taking bath I saw cuts on the skin touched top of the penis .
From today onwards I m having difficulty while urination also it's itching all time..
