Irritation in penis head

Hi Iam 26 yr old male,I had circumcision last year because of tight foreskin,from past 1 week I have slight pain and irritation in the left side of my penis head and I am getting frequent urge for urination. I use to mastrubate often. Please suggest

Hello... Your current problem is not related to circumcision... Overmasturbation causes irritation, burning sensation while passing urine.. You must stop it. Divert your mind in other activities like playing games, music, books etc... Itching is due to fungal infection, apply anti fungal cream....
