Irritation in Nose,Constant cough & cold
I've been having cough & cold from a long time(5 years) , There is constant irritation in my nose which leads to continuous sneezing(Hundreds) & running nose. After sometime this leads to heavy head,dizziness and soar throat and coughing. I am unable to eat food due to cough and tight throat.I have taken all types of medicines(Allopathic,Homeopathic,Ayurvedic) from many doctors. Then problem has become intense to a greater degree and has reached a stage where it has become unbearable. Many doctors have said me that they cannot cure me and cannot prescribe any medicine further. The problem has reached an another level as told by many doctors. This disease has effected my daily routine and lifestyle so much that I am unable to do regular household works and uncomfortable all the time. Please help me with a treatment or doctor whom I should consult to get rid of this problem.

Hi.... Use your air conditioner. Air conditioning reduces the amount of airborne pollen from trees, grasses and weeds that finds its way indoors. Air conditioning also lowers indoor humidity and can reduce your exposure to dust mites..... Decontaminate your decor. Maintain optimal humidity.. Prevent mold spores. Clean damp areas in the bath, kitchen and around the house to keep mold spores from developing..... Reduce pet dander. If you're allergic to dander, avoid pets with fur or feathers.... Clean regularly. Clean your home at least once a week..... Cover your nose and mouth if it's cold out....If your symptoms is worsened by cold or dry air, wearing a face mask can help....
