Irritation and pain while urination.

Yesterday while sleeping I feel a urge to pee but I hold it for 2-3 hours.In morning while peeing my bladder was hurting and brown colour (looks like blood is mixed in it) urine came out ( I drank very less water on day before yesterday) It also contains 2-3 reddish brown particles. After that I drank 3-4 glasses of water and I feel severe irritation and pain is also reduced and no visible particles but at the last moments of peeing I feel a pain and irritation. I also developed fever at evening. Today I consult urologist prescribed uroflowmetry USG and Urine culture. Out of which two reports have came and one is awaiting.Today my all problems are reduced by 80% but fever is there.
