Irregularities in periods. Is it cancer?

Last 3 years I am suffering with irregular periods . I took femilon for 14 months after that I shifted so I had to stop that medication. I did my scanning on may 2020 but didn't get any problems. After that 2 months after getting periods and if morning getting white discharge evening spotting. After 3 to 5 days proper periods will start . It will stay for 15 to 20 days . I started workout from last 3 months and after 1. 5 months I got my period . It was painless and clot less. Normal periods and this time didn't get white discharge and spotting in the beginning, but after 7 days( my normal cycle days, in my regular periods day ) of my periods I got white discharge like the period is ending . But today morning I saw a drop of spotting. What is the reason for that ? Is it cancer? Please help me.
