Irregular vaginal bleeding
I have been having some weird vaginal bleeding for the past 4 months. I've been on birth control for over a year (Camrese, which means I'm only supposed to have a period once every 3 months), and it was working quite well until a few months ago. I started Lexapro just before I started bleeding, and my psychiatrist said it was just a side effect, since Lexapro can cause irregular periods. But I stopped the Lexapro about 2.5 months ago and am still having issues. Should I be concerned? The discharge is not as heavy as a normal period, but has been very consistent. The color has been anywhere from bright red to light brown, to a dark brown/almost black. I'm not really in pain, although I've had a lot of cramping/bloating on and off.

are u still on camrese n what day it is? abnormal bleeding can be because of some medication, stress, hormonal imbalance. best is to visit gynaecologist to find out the cause of abnormal bleeding and an ultrasound done for endometrial thickness(atrophy/hyperplasia/irregular shedding/ripening) and ruling out other pathology.
Next Steps
visit gynaecologist and sonography for endometrial thickness and adnexa
