I am experiencing ireggular heavy vaginal bleeding and sharp pains. I have consumed two I-pills in the last week.

It is because of iPill. Avoid it as far as possible. You can take meftal spas for pain. Consult a gynaecologist if bleeding is very heavy or lasts more than a week
