Irregular periods problem

Asked for Female, 27 Years

From the maturity age itself iam having irregular periods prblm it will occurs once in 3 month I had consulted lot of doctors they gave tablets and syrup for 1 month basis for that month it will be regular after that same irregular periods prblm occurs. Is it any big prblm will come any suggestion please.I will be looking lean only not so fat and iam having 5 yrs old son also.

Hi there I understand your concern...it may occur in women who have anemia i.e low haemoglobin levels,diabetes or thyroid problems. It is also common in women with high levels of a protein called prolactin in their blood...it can be the side effects of certain drugs like oral contraceptives,antipsychotics,antiepileptics...it may be due to poly cystic ovarian disease as well... So I would suggest you to consult nearest gynecologists for detailed clinical examination and evaluation they will do the needful.
