Periods have been delayed for 2.5 months no. Too much stress and mood swings. i am obese yes but active in my daily life. Work as a manager, hectic work life and eating habits. The stress levels are too high now because of the periods thing. Last i had in march and they were normal.

Avoid stress. Take proper sleep. Do urine pregnancy test. If negative take castor oil 50 ml in morning with hot water and you will get loose motions on the same day and periods within a week.
