Irregular periods
My partner got her period on 28 Jan 2021 which lasted till 3 feb 2021 and we had sex on 6 feb 2021. After that she got her period in March but it was late by 4-5 days and after she didn't got her periods for 2 months so we took home pregnancy test and it was negative. But today after March she got her period on May end i.e 26 May 2021. Is it normal can we be sure that she is not pregnant now or there are still any doubts.
Please suggest.

She had missed periods for two months.she has any medical comorbidity like hypothyroidism etc
Get an ultrasound abdomen/ pelvis done
