pcos is mainly a hormonal disorder associated with hyperandrogenism/insulin resistance/infertility/weight gain.... first line of management is weight control and  lifestyle modification. hormonal pills containing cyproterone acetate / drosperinone are used along with insulin sensitizers like myoinositol/ chiroinositol and other new medicines. for conception ovulation induction protocols are started among which letrozole is having good results compared to clomiphene... Better to visit good infertility speciatist for proper management and care. gynaset will lead to menses 3-4days after stopping the drug.then after proper investigations, proper ovulation induction protocols, timed intercourse or IUI may be done to achieve pregnancy
Next Steps
better to visit infertility specialist
