Asked for Female, 30 Years

I am having irregular periods for last three months.But I have not taken any antibiotics or any other medicines.I have every symptoms of menses.I have two children.but we are not trying for the third one. Is there any injection or any other tests to be taken for this.give valuable suggestions for this
