Asked for Female, 24 Years

I am 24 years old and unmarried, i was late on my periods for 2 months so doctor prescribed me to take primolut n for 5 days, after completing the course its 3 day i have some spotting and brownish red blood but not a proper flow. Is this normal? when can i expect proper bleeding?
