Hi I'm suffering from pcos from last 2 years but from 6 months i have stopped medicines no periods from 2 months and I'm still in breast feeding for my baby whose age is 2 years 4 months , i was gaining more weight and facial hair problem due to lockdown i have stucked in this place no lab and doctor is available for me plz suggest some mrdicine

Get a urine pregnancy test done.
If negative start deviry 10mg twice a day for 5 days and wait for withdrawal bleeding for 12-14 days.
Start krimson 35 from day 1 of menses and continue for atleast 3 months.
Also take normoz tablet once a day for 3 months.
Next Steps
check fasting insulin,pp insulin,lipid profile,total testosterone
