Irregular Periods
Hi Doctor,
I am 33yrs old and obese for the past 7 years i.e., after my first delivery I am suffering from irregular periods which would once 2 or 3 or 4 months at times which would prolong for more than 21 days then after taking meperate tablets it would stop. I have done thyroid, GTT and other tests which are normal and have taken pelvic scan also several times which is also normal. I feel tired and lazy during my periods kindly advice.

If all investigations are normal, then exercises and reducing your weight may help.
