Irregular periods and urinary problem

Asked for Female, 31 Years

Since last year i m suffering from irregular menses. heavy bleeding at menses. And since last 3 months suffering from bleeding from urethra at the time of pee. Feel pain and itching during pee. Also suffering from constipation. I hv thyroid and piles problem too.
