Asked for Female, 25 Years

She's having irregular periods usually it takes 3 to 4 months to takes place . Whenever She takes a treatment for the same the period will occur regularly until she take tablets.. what could be the possible medication for this ?? Is it going to be a problem in future to have a kids ??
