I had some bleeding on day 1. And it just stopped after a couple of hours. It's the second day and I've not had any bleeding at all.

Is this the 1st time it is happening?
Have you checked for your Hb%?
You can wait for a day & see. As, sometimes it happens due to low Hb% or some harmonal problem or cyst in ovaries etc
