Irregular menstrual cycle
Hi,
I usually get my periods irregular. I get once in 15 days also. When i consulted a doctor in aug'15 she asked examined my report and said it s initial problem of pcod and suggested medicines for 2 months. i was ok. First period aft marriage( dec'15) was normal.now I got same prob back. My preg test was negative.

Pcod causes irregular cycles as u may have delayed ovulation or no ovulation at all. If you are overweight , reduce about 5-7% of your weight. If you are planning for conception you may need drugs to ovulate especially if weight reduction is not helping you. If you are not planning for pregnancy you need to take regular hormonal pills which will regularise your perperiods
