Asked for Female, 21 Years

I have a pro.of cyst n pcod and i had completed my 3 moth course of gineteee 35 ...then after 1 month i have regular cycle of 28 days twice time n again it become irregular... From then 4 months passed away.. But still i not mensruate... What is the probable cause or what i should do???
