Irregular mens, milk drops on nipples

Asked for Female, 35 Years

My wife had her cycles from 24 Jan 2018. Then the next cycle from 18 February 2018. Recently she has been spotting since 14 March 2018. The quantity of bleeding is way lesser than normal. Also, I observed milk drops around her nipples. I use condoms when we are together. Please help.
