Once the lockdown is lifted you can meet a Psychiatrist and discuss the issue. The doctor will be able to guide you as to how to go about it. Please take all the medical records of your father too with you when you meet the Psychiatrist  From the symptoms you had described, there could be a mood disorder in your father .
