Asked for Male, 50 Years

Hi,My mother aged 50 had hysterectomy surgery last year February.And since 5 months she started having loss of appetite.When consulted a general physician,she was diagnosed with fatty liver and is this normal?Attaching tests.Please have a look and suggest next steps.
