Her hb is only 8.5 Can I give her Ferrum injection. Will that interfere with methotrexate. How to improve her stamina?

Hello.....methotrexate hampers cell division ,it causes anemia ..rhumatoid arthritis also causes anaemia..you get her peripheral smear done...which gives idea on type of anemia....don't give injection on your own...consult your doctor
