My baby girl is of 2 weeks and she's a preterm baby of 35 weeks ,my pediatrician has suggested calcium,d3 and iron supplements for her , is it really required for a newborn

As per the guidelines, Vitamin D3 drops has to be given for all newborns. Calcium and Iron drops will be given for preterm babies and low birth weight babies.
