Intracardiac injection is given in emergency I want to know that it is given for heart attack only. My question is that when doctor knows that the patient has heart attack then only it is given by doctor.

When vascular access not their and patient is in cardiac arrest . It is not very common . It’s to achieve spontaneous circulation yes in cardiac arrest only
