Hello. You have pain abdomen most likely secondary to APD. I dont know whether you have been diagnosed with ulcer after endoscopy, if not I would recommend upper GI endoscopy. You may also require Ultrasound of the abdomen as you also have pain in right lower quadrant, which is unlikely to be secondary to an ulcer. With these you need to cosnult your physician/gastroenterologist.
