Internal piles
Iam diabetic from past 10yrs.I was suffering from constipation. There was bleeding after I passed motion. After consultation I was diagnosed to having internal piles. But recently iam frequently that is 4-5 times passing motion. Doctor told me it is not a good sign. What might be the problem. Pls suggest.

Are you on any laxative ? If yes you can decrease the amount of laxative intake Internal piles need proctoscopy to identify the grade of haemmorhoids which is an OPD procedure Depending on the haemmorhoidal grade conservative or surgical management is advised
