Internal piles
Hello doctors Should i go for laser for such small internal piles .as sometimes i not able to pressure i feel like i cant give pressure while washroom during natural process too. And is surgery safe for internal piles.

Laser for piles is a better choice. It has very less side effects. And patient compliance is way better. The surgery is completely safe even if you prefer to chose the conventional method of surgery. But curing the underlying constipation will be the next step if or if not you opt for surgery. Because if the underlying constipation is not dealt with, these problems will recur.
