Hello doctors please guide me should i go for operation of those small piles or those goes on their own.as itching and inflamation is stoped totally but sometimes i get anal skin tearing small one after soft stool also .is it due to annovate cream which i used to use before(anal skin thini g) . Those reports are six months older the lumps have been gone or not dont know as some times i feel harder stools it feels inside. Please guide me what to do i am not feeling to do any activity like gyming. Really those lumps goes or surgery is the better option. Like laser or rubber band
