Internal haemorhoids

My mom suffers from grade 3 internal haemirhoids with severe blood loss and HB is 6 gm with oesophageal ulcer nd thyroid problem kindly please suggest best treatment available

Hi Measures to avoid further complications of oesophagial ulcers should be followed.... There is necessary to undergo surgery for hemorrhoids to prevent further blood loss and further deterioration of anaemia.... And also there is need for blood transfusion...
