Intermittent testicle pain

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I've been feeling intermittent testicle (left) pain for around 1 week. it happens randomly around 10-15 times a day. moderate pain. No pain while using toilet. pain will increase while doing some specific movements, ex. while sitting down. No vomiting or fever ( as i read on internet)
