Intermenstrual bleeding

Asked for Female, 28 Years

This is my first time ever where my periods are disturbed completely. In Feb 2021 i had a miscarriage. Since Aug 29 m facing spotting issue. I consulted my OB. She gave me progynova and modus tablets. Spotting dint stop and i experienced bleeding around same date as my last cycle. I visited doctor again. She has now gven me Siocare syrup and dioluton L tablet for 21 days. Taking since two days yet bleeding not stopping. Plzzzzz help
