Since September I've gained almost 30 pounds, I feel disgusting and I can't seem to lose it. I just started college and I stopped taking my antidepressants and no longer take Ritalin on a regular basis like I used to. I work out for an hour 2 or 3 times per week, and I usually eat 2 meals a day (plus snacks) totalling around 2100 calories. I sleep between 6-9 hours every night and I just keep gaining weight. I'm now 220 pounds and 5'6'', should I go to a real doctor?
