Intense Stomach Pain
Severe Stomach Pain, Swollen Stomach and vomiting sensations along with actual vomiting once. Took a tablet of buscogast plus and unienzyme but no relief.

Practice relaxation techniques, such as deep breathing, meditation or yoga. Spend time doing things you enjoy. Get plenty of sleep.
