Intense random itching in leg at night.
I was suffering ringworm in groin. I used antifungal ointment primarily four derm and dermikem oc. Two times the infection returned after cure due to my carelessness. Third time I was careful and use dermikem oc for 4 month. The infection was cured this time but 3 dark patch under skin was remained. I continued using dermikem oc in those spot. Now from 3 week my whole leg (mainly thigh) and my waist started haveung random itching. The itching increase at night. The itching is also in private organs. But there is no rash or spot in itching part.

You may be suffering from tinea cruris which is fungal infection of the inner thighs and genital area. It can be treated by taking four to six weeks of anti fungal treatment which includes tablets along with creams. Do not use soap over that area. Mistreatment with over the counter Steroid containing creams like dermikem oc, panderm, quadriderm, dermi 5, candid b etc lead to repeated case of recurrence and also side effects due to application.
