Insomnia and Waking up early
I wake up early in the morning say around 2 AM and subsequently unable to sleep. BP used to be bit high 145/105 in the morning. Generally it used to be 135/85 when i take the following medicines:
Aten 25 mg 1-0-0
Natrilix SR 1-0-0
Rexite plus 1-0-0
Telmisartan 40 mg 0-0-1
Minipress XL 2.5 mg 0-0-1
Lonazep 0.25 mg 0-0-1

As u know that these symptoms are because of any type of stress (known or unknown,professional,relations, parenting, studies etc.etc).
