Ingunal scrotam hernia

Asked for Male, 34 Years

I had gone through surgery however suffered almost a month with pus flow got aspiration done. Currently since a 10 days bleeding stoped but there is a swelling in sperm cord with hardness which is not reducing n since day when I touch the testical there's slight pain please suggest what's best can be done as suffering since 40 days.
