INGUINAL HERNIA IF NO COMPLAINTS DON'T DO ANYTHING AS HE HAS COPD. A FORCE FULL BOUT OF COUGH MAY BE SUFFICIENT TO DESTROY THE REPAIR.OR EXISTING CONDITION MAY ENHANCES.
