Ingrowingnail toe thumb
Hi, My cousin is having an ingrowing nail in his toe thumb which is leading to puss generation. On the prescription of a local doctor he has had anti-biotics but it doesn't seem to be helping. There is a certain amount of swelling also observed in the thumb. What should be the line of treatment?

The line of management is surgical. He would have to get his nail removed. Its just a small 5 minute procedure. It can be done even in local anaesthesia. Consult online for further management.
