My Covid-19 test came positive on 30/04/2021. I had only a runny nose from the beginning and felt a mild mucus in the chest. But yesterday I suddenly felt a prick pain in my chest which disappeared on my own in a while and this morning again the same pain was felt again for a short time. Is it normal or can there still be a serious situation even after 12 days.
