Supplement aren't generally required if you take adequate rest and have a balanced diet. Even then they aren't a replacement for above two.

you can still take revital women on a regular basis as it's a good blend of many vital nutrients in adequate amount. calcium sandoz I wouldn't recommend long term unless used to treat obvious calcium deficiency
