USG report stated small hypoechoic lession with mild surrounding subcutaneous edema is seen at nape of neck , measuring approx 5 mm × 3 mm. What could be the probable things? .. anything serious threatening? Attached position of neck

Most likely seems benign thing. May be a lipoma. Nothing to be serious.
Next Steps
a regular follow up with general surgeon is needed. if at all size increases, any discharge coming from the swelling, any pain. it may need surgical excision
