I am married and 28 year old and trying for pregnancy for last 9 moths but did not conceive. I did my ultrasound on 9th day after ovolution. My report is 31×29×20 mm well defined anechonic area in right adnexal region-cyst and left overy fillicle size is 7×4mm bt endometerial thickness is 9.7 mm. I want know about my conceving chances for this month. Shall I conceive between this month or not???
