  4. Infertility. To cover up this problem?

I am 28 year old and trying for pregnancy. Last month I did my ovolution ultrasound and according to report on day 10th after mensuration follicle size was 7×4mm and remain same till 16th day and on day 17th start increasing that was 13×13mm. I want to ask about my problem. How much time will require for normal follicle size and normal ovolution? Which type of diet I should follow to cover up this problem? Plz give your suggestion
