Infertility
Dear Madam, I am having bicournate uterus .From last 2 years I am trying for conceiving but not successful. All other tests have been performed and reports are normal. Egg is ruptured on 13th day. What other cause may be for infertility. Other doctors advised us for ivf or laparoscopy for diagnosis.Kindly advise.

Many times what is reported as bicornuate Uterus is actually just a septum dividing the uterine cavity. Get a 3D usg pelvis or a MRI of the pelvis to confirm that you are actually having a bicornuate Uterus & then inform me the reports. Laparoscopy - hysteroscopy is the gold standard for the diagnosis.
