Dr.ne injection btya tha Amitax 100. He wrote  give 0.8ml out of 2 ml. But wrongly the dosage of full 2ml has been given. Plz suggest what should we do. Humne sabhi Clink dekhe but sabhi band mile h. Kya Krna chye h. Uski age abhi 4 months h

1. even 0.8 ml is too high for 4 mth old baby, I hope qualified pediatrician has advised. 2. This is amikacin antibiotic which has potential side effect of ototoxicity (damage to hearing nerves). Maybe you will need to get BERA done to r/o if damage has occurred. 3. Unfortunately there is no medicine to counteract the effect of this medicine
