1. even 0.8 ml is too high for 4 mth old baby, I hope qualified pediatrician has advised.
2. This is amikacin antibiotic which has potential side effect of ototoxicity (damage to hearing nerves). Maybe you will need to get BERA done to r/o if damage has occurred.
3. Unfortunately there is no medicine to counteract the effect of this medicine
